The Original Build - 2012 - mostly NOT DIY (except basement rooms & apt added in 2015)
From ground breaking the last week of June to move-in date late September, this home was built at lightning speed. I don't think I've ever seen a new home go up so quickly! The blueprints for this house were designed and developed by me, and then bought by a local developer who built a few other homes with the same 'stamp' and layout. I guess I did a pretty good job then lol
